This policy covers laurelridgesoftwaresolutions.com. It's short, because this site collects very little.
The short version
No cookies. No cross-site tracking. No advertising networks. No data sold or shared with anyone. The only information we hold is what you deliberately send us.
What we collect
Contact form
If you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, phone number, how you found us, the topic you selected, and your message. Submissions are processed by Netlify Forms and emailed to us. We use that information to reply to you and, if we work together, to deliver the work. We don't add you to a mailing list and we don't pass it to anyone else.
Website audit tool
If you run a website audit, the URL you submit is sent to Google's PageSpeed Insights API to generate the report. If you choose to have the results emailed to you, your email address is submitted through Netlify Forms and retained alongside contact form submissions. Providing an email address is optional — the results are shown to you either way.
Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. It's cookieless and stores no personal data or cross-site identifiers. It reports aggregate figures — page views, referring sites, general country or region, browser and device type, and page-load performance — and cannot follow you across other websites. Because it sets no cookies and collects no personal data, there is no consent banner on this site.
Server logs
This site is hosted on Netlify, which keeps standard access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and operational purposes, under Netlify's own retention policy.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your information. Ever.
- We don't run advertising or retargeting pixels.
- We don't use Google Analytics or any cookie-based tracker.
- We don't build behavioral profiles of visitors.
- We don't share client data with third parties except the service providers named above, which process it only to provide their service.
How long we keep it
Contact form submissions are retained as long as they're commercially useful — typically for the duration of our working relationship plus a reasonable period afterward for records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will.
Your choices
Email admin@laurelridgesoftwaresolutions.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We'll respond within a reasonable time and we won't ask you to justify the request.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than quietly edited in.
