We're based in Seymour and we work with businesses throughout the Naugatuck Valley and greater New Haven County. That's not a marketing radius drawn on a map — it's the area we can reasonably drive to for a first meeting, which turns out to matter when the conversation is about replacing software your business runs on.

What We See Around Here
A few patterns come up often enough in Valley businesses to be worth naming:
- A site built once, in about 2014. It still loads, technically. It's on a WordPress version with known vulnerabilities, the person who built it is unreachable, and nobody has the login.
- One person who is the system. An office manager holding three spreadsheets and a process entirely in their head. That's fine until they take a vacation.
- Software that doesn't talk. QuickBooks over here, a scheduling tool over there, and somebody retyping between them every morning.
